What LynxCalls does
LynxCalls is an AI calling service for auto-transport brokers. It calls the leads a broker has already paid for, has a real conversation, works out who is still shipping a vehicle, and transfers those people live to the broker's team.
The broker's closers only ever pick up the phone to someone who is on the line, awake, and interested.
The problem it solves
Most brokers buy far more leads than their team can call. The leads that do get called usually get called once, hours later, by which point the buyer has already talked to four other brokers. The leads nobody reached are not bad leads, they are unworked leads.
Lynx calls every one of them within seconds of arrival and keeps following up on a schedule a human team cannot match.
What happens, start to finish
- A lead arrives from the broker's lead provider, forwarded automatically.
- Lynx calls it within seconds.
- The AI introduces itself as the broker's virtual assistant, on a recorded line, and asks whether they are still looking to ship their vehicle.
- If they are still interested, the AI offers to connect them and transfers the call straight to the broker's sales line.
- If nobody answers, Lynx tries again on a set schedule.
- If someone says they already booked, or asks not to be called, that number stops being called, permanently, in the case of an opt-out.
What it is not
- It is not a lead source. The broker brings their own leads.
- It does not book jobs, quote new prices, or take payment on the call. Its only job is to find live interest and hand it to a human.
- It is not a chatbot or a text service. It is voice only.
