Support and getting a human
Most questions about how Lynx works are answered on these pages. Some things are better handled by a person, and this page says which ones and how fast.
How to reach us
Email hello@ozerdigitalsolutions.com. That reaches a person, not a queue.
When a person handles it rather than a page
- Billing questions and disputes. Every one is looked at by a person against the actual call records. See below.
- Anything about a specific account. Balances, leads, calls and settings live in the dashboard, and nobody outside the account can see them.
- Contracts, security reviews and data-processing agreements.
- Compliance questions specific to a broker's own leads or lead source.
How billing disputes are handled
If a broker thinks a transfer should not have been billed, a person pulls the call and listens to it.
Every transfer keeps its recording for seven days, cut to include the handoff and the first moments after the broker's line answers. That clip is the whole argument: either the lead was connected to a live line or they were not.
Two things follow from that. A dispute raised inside the week can be settled from evidence rather than memory, and a dispute raised after the audio has been purged cannot. So raise it while the recording exists.
Transfers that failed are not billed in the first place. A ring-out, a line that does not pick up, or a bridge that drops immediately costs nothing.
What we will not do over email
Quote results a broker should expect. Transfer rates depend on lead quality, lead age and how quickly a broker's own desk answers, and a number invented to be reassuring turns into a promise. We would rather show real numbers from a real account than a range that sounds good.
Response times
We are a small team. Email is usually answered the same working day, and a live issue that is stopping calls going out is treated as urgent whenever it lands.
