Data and privacy

The short version

Lynx never sells, shares, rents or reuses a broker's leads or their customers' information. Not to other brokers, not to anyone.

A broker's leads are theirs. They are used to make that broker's calls and for nothing else.

What is stored

  • The lead details the broker's provider sends (name, phone, route, vehicle, quote).
  • A recording and a transcript of each call.
  • The outcome of each call and the resulting billing record.

Recordings

Call recordings are available in the dashboard for 7 days, then deleted.

For transferred calls the recording covers the AI conversation, the handoff, and the first moments of the broker's team answering, enough to prove the connection was made. The rest of the conversation between the broker's rep and their customer is not retained.

Separation between brokers

Each broker's data is isolated. One broker can never see another's leads, calls, recordings or numbers. A do-not-call opt-out is the one thing that crosses that line: someone who opts out is never called again by anyone on the platform.

Deleting data

A broker who leaves can have their data removed on request.

Questions beyond this

Anything more specific, data processing agreements, security questionnaires, retention beyond what is described here, is best answered by a person. Get in touch and we will answer it properly.
