Getting started

Most brokers are live the same day.

What it takes

  1. Sign up at lynxcalls.com. The platform subscription and the starting starting credit are set up at checkout.
  2. A short onboarding call. Fifteen minutes, to collect the handful of settings below.
  3. One email to the lead provider asking them to send a copy of the broker's leads to Lynx as well. Lynx supplies the exact wording and the address. Most providers turn this on the same day.

That is the whole setup. There is no software to install, nothing to integrate, and no change to how the broker's team works.

What Lynx needs to know

  • The business name exactly as the AI should say it out loud. "SW Logistics LLC" and "ShipWit" are different answers; it should be whatever their customers recognise.
  • The sales line, the number that rings their closers. Live transfers and callbacks both go there. It needs to be a number a human actually answers.
  • Their timezone and desk hours, when transfers should ring a human versus when a callback should be booked instead.
  • Voice preference, male or female.
  • One email address used for both the dashboard login and billing. This matters: if they pay with a different address from the one they log in with, the payment will not connect to their account.

Important billing note

The email used at checkout must be the same email used to log in. A mismatch is the single most common setup problem, and it means a payment does not attach to the right account.

Trying it first

The starting calling credit covers a broker's first live transfers, so they can see real results on their own leads before spending anything beyond the monthly platform fee.
