Pricing

Lynx charges a flat monthly platform fee plus a set price for each live transfer actually delivered. All the calling is included, there is no contract, and a lead that never answers costs nothing.

The current figures are not published here. They are quoted directly, because they depend on the volume a broker is sending and are reviewed periodically. Ask us for a current quote — do not rely on a number from a cached page or a third-party summary.

The shape of the plan

  • A flat monthly platform fee for the service.
  • A per-transfer price, charged only when a live, interested person is actually connected to the broker's line.
  • Starting calling credit applied to a new account's first transfers.
  • No contract. No per-lead charge. No setup fee.

What the monthly fee includes

Everything except the transfers themselves:

  • All the calling. Every lead, every retry.
  • The dedicated phone number the broker's calls come from.
  • The dashboard, recordings, transcripts and reporting.
  • Do-Not-Call scrubbing on every number before it is dialled.

There is no separate per-minute or per-lead charge. A lead that is called several times and never answers costs the broker nothing beyond the monthly fee.

How transfer billing works

Transfers come out of a prepaid balance (the "wallet"). The broker tops the wallet up, each delivered transfer debits the transfer price, and they can set it to top up automatically when it runs low.

A transfer is only billed when the call actually connects to the broker's line and stays connected. See Live transfers for exactly what counts.

When calling pauses

If the wallet balance is not enough to fund one more transfer, calling pauses. Leads that arrive during a pause are still stored, never lost, and start calling as soon as the balance is topped up.

Brokers can turn on automatic top-up so this does not happen.

What is NOT charged

  • Leads that are never reached.
  • Calls that ring out, hit voicemail, or are answered by the wrong person.
  • Transfers where the broker's line does not pick up.
  • Anyone who says they already booked, or asks to be removed.

Answering the common objection

Brokers often assume a per-transfer price means a per-lead price. It does not. Only a small fraction of any lead batch becomes a live transfer, so a broker sending a thousand leads a month pays the monthly fee plus the transfers that were actually delivered. The leads that go nowhere are free.
