Privacy Policy
LynxCalls (“Lynx”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Ozer Digital Solutions. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.
1. Information we collect from Clients
- Account details — name, business name, email address, phone number, and the configuration you enter in the dashboard (transfer line, callback number, calling hours, brand name).
- Sign-in information — if you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, profile picture, and Google account identifier from Google. We use these only to identify your account and sign you in. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not read your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or calendar.
- Billing information — purchases are processed by ClickFunnels and Stripe. We receive a record that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the purchasing email address. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Usage records — dashboard sign-ins, actions taken, and the calls, transfers, and credits attributed to your organization.
2. Information we process about Consumers
We do not collect consumer information directly from consumers. It reaches us from the Client or the Client’s lead provider, and it typically includes:
- name, phone number, and email address;
- shipping details — origin and destination, vehicle year, make and model, ship date, and any prior quoted price;
- consent records supplied with the lead, such as a TrustedForm certificate or Jornaya lead identifier, and the URL, timestamp, and IP address of the form submission;
- audio recordings and written transcripts of the calls we place, including the portion after a call is transferred to the Client’s representative; and
- call outcomes — whether the person answered, asked to be transferred, asked for a callback, or asked not to be called again.
Call recording
Calls placed by Lynx are recorded. The assistant states at the start of each call that it is an assistant and that the call is on a recorded line. Recording continues after a transfer, which means the conversation between the consumer and the Client’s representative is also recorded. Clients are responsible for informing their own representatives that transferred calls are recorded.
3. How we use information
- To place, route, and transfer calls a Client has asked us to make.
- To check every number against do-not-call and suppression records before dialing, and to honor opt-out requests permanently.
- To show a Client their own leads, calls, recordings, transcripts, and results.
- To authenticate dashboard users and secure accounts.
- To meter usage, apply credits, and bill.
- To monitor quality and reliability, investigate problems, and improve the service.
- To comply with law and to respond to legal process.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use consumer information to build advertising profiles, and we do not share one Client’s data with another Client.
4. Who we share information with
We use the following service providers, each of which handles data only to perform work for us:
- Bland AI — the voice assistant that conducts calls.
- Twilio — telephone connectivity and call recording.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and recording storage.
- Vercel and Fly.io — application hosting.
- Temporal Cloud — call scheduling.
- RealValidito — do-not-call registry and litigator scrubbing.
- Google — sign-in, and delivery of our outgoing email.
- Resend — backup delivery of transactional email.
- ClickFunnels and Stripe — checkout and payments.
- Sentry — error monitoring.
We also share a Client’s own data back to that Client, and we may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of any person. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
5. How long we keep it
- Call audio: 7 days by default. Recordings are deleted automatically by a nightly job once they pass the retention window. This window exists so a Client can resolve a billing dispute about a transfer; after it passes, the audio is gone and cannot be recovered.
- Transcripts, call outcomes, and lead records are kept for as long as the Client’s account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, dispute, and legal-compliance purposes.
- Do-not-call and opt-out records are kept permanently. This is deliberate: deleting them would allow someone who asked not to be called to be called again.
6. Your choices
If we called you
Tell the assistant to stop calling and you will be added to our permanent do-not-call list immediately — no further calls will be placed to that number by us for any Client. You can also email hello@ozerdigitalsolutions.com with the phone number to suppress.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Because we process consumer information on behalf of the broker who sent us the lead, we may need to refer your request to that broker or ask for their instruction. Email the address above and we will respond and tell you who holds the relationship. Note that opt-out records are retained even when other data is deleted, for the reason given above.
If you are a Client
You can view and change your organization’s configuration in the dashboard, stop calling at any time, and request deletion of your account by emailing us.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Dashboard access is scoped so that each organization can read only its own records, enforced at the database level rather than in the interface alone. Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Lynx is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Material changes affecting Clients are also surfaced in the dashboard.
